Joda has been a personal trainer now for over 8 year. Working with a variety of clients from athletes with specific sports related goals to women who just want to feel better about themselves and boosts those endorphins.
Joda has helped many women transform themselves into stronger and more powerful women both physical and mentally while enjoying their fitness journey, well, most of the time.
With Joda having competed in many sports and being a mother of two beautiful girls, Joda has a very good understanding through experience how difficult it can be to get the balance right and make time for you and your fitness with everything life can through at you.
If you are looking for a Personal Trainer that will understand you and your needs and that will support you in your fitness journey then Joda is the personal trainer for you.
Joda is currently fully booked with personal training clients but she will be opening her books to five new clients come September 2019, she will have day and evening slots available. Personal training with nutritional support for £20 per hour.
The world needs strong women, women who will lift and build each other, who will love and be loved, who live bravely and fierce, who can be real in times of need and eat cake, after all balance is the key to happiness. So a few of Joda’s wonderful PT clients joined her for some fun in front of the camera. The only requirement for this shoot was to have fun with a bit of colour coordination and cake, we smashed it.
